ABOUT

Evelyne is a bilingual licensed psychologist who works with adolescents and young adults (ages 14–35). She is dedicated to helping clients better understand themselves, build effective coping tools, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Her expertise is in the treatment of anxiety and depression, and she also supports clients with related challenges such as phobias, OCD, ADHD, and difficulties with emotion regulation. Her approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), is trauma-informed, and draws on her training in crisis intervention. Each treatment plan is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of every client.

She holds a Psy.D./Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from McGill University. Her professional background includes work in hospital, school, and community settings, such as the Jewish General Hospital (Children’s Day/Evening Hospital; Teenage Health Unit of the Herzl Family Practice Center), the Montreal Children’s Hospital (child psychiatry, RI-MUHC), and the English Montreal School Board. She has received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the Allan Memorial Institute and in crisis intervention at the Suicide Prevention Centre of Montreal. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (Individual) from the Arizona Trauma Institute.

Since 2018, Evelyne has been in private practice, where she offers a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment for young people navigating life’s challenges.
